1. Trader information

2. Digital service

The iOS and macOS apps organize current AI usage windows, reset timing, widgets, and local alerts. They require a compatible Apple device and supported operating-system version and, for a Provider connection, network access and a user-controlled Provider account. Availability depends on Apple platform and Provider behavior.

3. Price, payment, and withdrawal

Downloading the app and connecting one provider is free. Optional AI Limits Pro is a paid digital service sold by Apple as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price shown in the App Store at checkout is the total payable amount. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple processes payment and refunds. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Requesting immediate digital performance may require express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once performance begins, as required by law. Contact Apple or JoCoding support if a withdrawal or refund is needed.

4. Conformity and updates

EU digital-content rights apply where legally required. JoCoding will provide updates, including security updates, reasonably expected for the supplied service. Statutory remedies for lack of conformity are not excluded.

5. Third-party Provider connections

Codex/OpenAI, Claude Code/Anthropic, Grok/xAI, and Antigravity/Google are independent third-party services. AI Limits Tracker and JoCoding are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. If you choose a connection, you instruct the app to open the Provider’s authorization flow and use the access you grant to retrieve usage and basic account information directly from that Provider on your device. The app does not sell or resell model access, send prompts, generate content, run code, or change your Provider plan.

You are responsible for complying with each Provider’s current terms and any organization policy that applies to your account. Provider policies, authentication methods, APIs, quotas, and availability may change. As a result, a connection may stop working, and a Provider may restrict, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access or an account under its own terms. Any such Provider action is governed by that Provider’s terms. An OAuth consent screen does not mean the Provider is affiliated with or has endorsed this app. Connections are optional, and JoCoding may restrict or discontinue them when reasonably necessary to address Provider policy, security, legal, or technical changes. Nothing in this section limits mandatory EU/EEA consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. No public platform or user-generated content

The app does not host a public feed, marketplace, social network, or user-generated content for dissemination to the public. It is therefore not offered as an online platform for hosting public user content. The Digital Services Act content-moderation and Statement of Reasons process for hosted public content is not part of this release.

7. Local data, iCloud Keychain, CloudKit, and privacy

The EU/EEA Privacy Notice explains device-local data, optional iCloud Keychain credential sync, private CloudKit sync, direct provider communication, support data, rights, and transfers. Provider credentials may sync between the user’s Apple devices through the user’s own iCloud Keychain. Provider/account identifiers, local aliases, internal account IDs, and the latest normalized usage snapshot may sync through CloudKit private DB on the user’s iCloud account; provider email addresses do not. JoCoding does not receive or have access to the contents of either private store through the app. Removing app data may propagate deletion of synced app records but does not delete provider-side data.

8. Availability and liability

JoCoding does not guarantee a provider quota, reset time, continuous compatibility, background refresh, widget update, or notification delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence where applicable, or any liability and consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

Material adverse changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance where required, with the reason and effect. A new consent will be requested when law requires it. You may stop using the free app and delete local data at any time.

10. Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution

Korean law governs these Terms only to the extent it does not deprive an EU/EEA consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Under Rome I and Brussels I bis, consumers may rely on applicable local protections and bring proceedings in the courts available under mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Contact JoCoding first for informal resolution, then use an accredited alternative dispute resolution body or consumer authority available in your country. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025, so no obsolete ODR filing route is presented here.
