Terms of Use

1. Operator and agreement

These Terms govern the AI Limits Tracker apps for iOS and macOS operated by JoCoding, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 80543, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Contact: mu07010@jocoding.net, +1 (231) 450-5622. By using either app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service

The app organizes current normalized usage windows, reset timing, widgets, and local alerts for compatible AI providers. Compatibility, provider data, background execution, widgets, and notifications are best effort and may be delayed, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable.

3. Third-party Provider connections

Codex/OpenAI, Claude Code/Anthropic, Grok/xAI, and Antigravity/Google are independent third-party services. AI Limits Tracker and JoCoding are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. If you choose a connection, you instruct the app to open the Provider’s authorization flow and use the access you grant to retrieve usage and basic account information directly from that Provider on your device. The app does not sell or resell model access, send prompts, generate content, run code, or change your Provider plan.

You are responsible for complying with each Provider’s current terms and any organization policy that applies to your account. Provider policies, authentication methods, APIs, quotas, and availability may change. As a result, a connection may stop working, and a Provider may restrict, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access or an account under its own terms. Any such Provider action is governed by that Provider’s terms. An OAuth consent screen does not mean the Provider is affiliated with or has endorsed this app. Connections are optional, and JoCoding may restrict or discontinue them when reasonably necessary to address Provider policy, security, legal, or technical changes. This section does not exclude any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these Terms. The app does not create a JoCoding service account. You are responsible for your device, provider account, provider terms, and all activity performed through credentials you authorize on the device.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not access another person’s provider account or usage without authorization.
• Do not bypass provider rate limits, security, compatibility controls, or maintenance status.
• Do not extract, distribute, or misuse credentials, tokens, cookies, OAuth codes, or provider responses.
• Do not use the app in violation of law, provider terms, or another person’s rights.

6. Local data and deletion

You control local aliases. On Apple devices, provider credentials may sync through your own iCloud Keychain, while provider/account identifiers, local aliases, internal account IDs, and the latest normalized usage snapshot may sync through CloudKit private DB on your iCloud account. Provider email addresses are not synced through CloudKit. JoCoding does not receive or have access to the contents of your iCloud Keychain or private CloudKit database through the app. Disconnect and Delete all local data remove applicable app state as described in the Privacy Policy and may propagate deletion of synced app records; they do not delete provider-side data or Apple purchase history.

7. Price and purchases

The app is free to download. Connecting one provider and using the primary Focus widget is free. Optional AI Limits Pro unlocks additional provider connections and multi-limit widgets through Apple In-App Purchase: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription in the same subscription group, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Restoring purchases recovers Apple entitlements on the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription.

8. Intellectual property

The app, site, original interface, documentation, and JoCoding marks belong to JoCoding or its licensors. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility. These Terms grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.

9. Availability, updates, and termination

JoCoding may update, suspend, or stop features to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, or respond to provider changes. You may stop using the app and delete local data at any time. Material Terms changes will be posted in advance where required.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The app does not guarantee provider quota, reset timing, continued compatibility, or notification delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and JoCoding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your residence. Contact support first to seek an informal resolution. EU/EEA consumers may use their local courts and should review the EU/EEA Terms.
